Jack Kent is a composer and music educator with a focus on crafting immersive scores for film, television, and video games. A multi-instrumentalist, Jack brings a broad spectrum of musical styles to each project, ensuring a unique and compelling sound world that works in synergy with the intellectual property you have created. His goal is to create music that establishes a recognisable sonic identity and supports the visual and emotional narrative, while providing a professional, collaborative and dependable service.
Jack holds an MA in the Composition of Music for Film and Television, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Music Education. His extensive work in education has equipped him to discuss complex musical concepts in easily understood terms, while his work with professional and amateur filmmakers has given him an eye and ear for spotting opportunities to sculpt musical architecture tightly around visual narratives.

In 2023, Jack won the international Film Music Contest award for his original action video game soundtrack!
